Amy Johnson, PhD, is a psychologist and coach who works with clients worldwide. She is the author of two Three Principles-based books, Being Human: Essays on Thoughtmares, Bouncing Back, and Your True Nature (2013), and The Little Book of Big Change: The No-Willpower Approach to Breaking Any Habit (New Harbinger, 2016).
Amy has been a regularly featured expert on The Steve Harvey Show and Oprah.com, as well as in The Wall Street Journal and Self magazine. She devotes a large portion of her coaching practice to helping people end unwanted habits.
